First US Floors opened in Carrollton in 2014. The family had been in DFW for years, and the mission was simple: do honest flooring work, charge fairly, stand behind the install.
Over a decade later, that's still the whole business. We meet you at your home with samples. Our crew does the install. The team makes sure it's done right.
DFW sits on expansive clay soil that swells when it rains and shrinks in drought. Slabs move seasonally — that's why we use crack-isolation membrane on tile, why we recommend engineered hardwood (not solid) on grade-level installs, and why we check baseboard gaps and door operation a few weeks after a job. The soil isn't the enemy; it just needs the right material.
