First US Floors LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or interact with our business, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you submit our free-estimate form or contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about the project you're considering. We collect this so our team can respond to your request and prepare for an in-home estimate.
We collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city-level), referring page, browser type, and device type. We use cookieless analytics that don't track you across sites.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiries, schedule and prepare for in-home estimates, send written estimates, follow up on completed projects, and improve our website and services. We don't sell your information to third parties.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — our CRM (HubSpot), which receives your form submission and sends our team a notification, and our analytics provider (Plausible). These providers are contractually limited in how they use the data.
We also process visitor data through: Cloudflare Turnstile (spam check on form submissions; receives IP and basic device info), HubSpot Meetings (the scheduler embed on /schedule, when you choose to use it), Google Maps (the embedded map on /contact), Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (advertising and conversion tracking), Elfsight (the Google Reviews widget on /reviews), and Vercel (our hosting provider, which processes server logs).
If you request financing through a lender, we share what's needed for that lender's application.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookieless analytics (Plausible) to understand which pages are most useful. We also use Google Tag Manager to fire conversion events for advertising effectiveness — primarily Google Ads. Conversion events do not contain your personal information.
Some of these processors set advertising cookies. You can opt out of advertising cookies via your browser settings or via Google's Ads Settings page.
Our reviews page embeds a third-party widget from Elfsight that loads from elfsightcdn.com and may set cookies for its own analytics.
Your browser settings allow you to refuse cookies if any are set. The website works normally without them.
Your rights
Texas residents and others may request that we provide the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us or call us using the contact info below. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Your rights as a Texas resident
If you live in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request access or deletion, and opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the info at the bottom of this page. We'll respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal — reply to our denial and we'll reconsider within 60 days.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. If we share data with advertising-cookie processors (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), that may qualify as 'sharing' under California's CPRA. To opt out of advertising cookies on this site, set your browser's tracking-protection settings, or use Google's Ads Settings to opt out of personalized advertising.
Data retention
We keep customer information as long as needed to operate the business — typically while you're an active customer plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty support and legal compliance.
Children
Our services are for homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
